Mutqin
My AI startup companion. One onboarding chat becomes a living company portal, and the onboarding itself is a game, not a form: a 3D coach named Mu walks founders from a raw idea to investor-ready.

Idea to investor-ready is a canyon.
Founders stall in the gap between "I have an idea" and "an investor would fund this." The tools that promise to close it are cold and form heavy: a deck builder here, a task app there, a financial model in a spreadsheet nobody opens. Nothing walks a founder from a raw idea to a story worth backing, and nothing remembers what they said yesterday. The blank form is where momentum goes to die.
Make the wizard feel like a game.
So I took the lesson from Duolingo and put it on the hardest screen in the product. The onboarding is one question at a time, grouped into chapters, with an XP bar that fills as you go. Clear a chapter and Mu jumps in with confetti and a chapter-cleared card. Reach the end and a finish-line screen tallies your score. The AI coach reads each answer and pushes back when the thinking is lazy. It is the same five minutes of work, but it feels like progress instead of paperwork.

A product with a face.

Where Project You is a faceless orb, Mutqin is the opposite bet: it has a face. Mu is a 3D founder buddy in a plum hoodie and round glasses. He asks the questions, reacts to every answer, and celebrates the wins. Same character at every beat, never recolored, never flipped.
His reactions are real animation, not stills. I generated a sprite set with Higgsfield AutoSprite (transparent, on-model) so Mu waves at the intro, thinks while the coach reviews, and jumps at every checkpoint. Manrope runs the UI, with a cream canvas, one vivid mauve, chunky 3D toy buttons, and zero corporate gloss.
One chat becomes a living portal.
Founders never enter anything twice. The wizard answers auto-populate a founder portal: a readiness score, a focused task list, an AI coach that pushes back, generated investor-grade documents, and a public readiness link to share. Onboard once, then live in the portal.

Shipped with Claude, in public.
React, TypeScript and Supabase, with an AI coach on Claude. Mu and his reaction sprites come from Higgsfield. The brand, the gamified wizard, the portal, and the in-repo design system were built fast with Claude Code multi-agent orchestration. Every product I build ships a design system in the repo that mirrors the live code.
