What I'm doing now.

A snapshot, not an archive. Updated when something material changes.

Ibrahim Shareef as a 3D character in an all-black outfit.
01Day job

Still employed. Still shipping.

Project management work on tax-tech and e-Invoicing systems. The PMP discipline pays the bills and keeps the operator muscle sharp. I'm not in a rush to leave. The bet is on Itqan compounding before the day job stops making sense.

02Itqan

Build in public sprint 1.

Running the founder studio in evenings and weekends. Voice locked, offers locked, three case studies in the receipts. The next door is paid Itqan clients. Outreach is on, calendar is small, ICP is the ambitious founder whose execution is smaller than their potential.

03Project You

A calm life-OS, building in public.

My own product. A faith-rooted life-OS with a verse-by-verse Qur'an companion, plus goals, habits, and an on-device AI coach. I rebranded it in public from cold 'Aurora' to warm 'Noor', kept the code, and swapped the soul. Live in private beta at projectyou.app, with the full dossier on the work page.

04Shareefico

Forty-plus episodes. Still recording.

The Barakah Blueprint is on episode 42. Recording cadence holding. The five featured conversations on the podcast page (Shako, Jasmin, Faisal, Murrad, UMR) are the ones I'd hand a stranger. New episodes shipping monthly.

05Reading

Hormozi 2026. Voss. The same Newport.

Working through the Hormozi sales course again (2026 edition). Re-reading Never Split the Difference because every founder call needs it. Deep Work stays on the desk as a reminder, not a homework assignment.

06Tooling

Claude Code, Cursor, Kling, Notion.

Claude Code runs the dev sprints across the Shareefico stack and the Itqan rebuild. Cursor for tighter edits. Kling 2.0 Master for every illustrated character animation on this site. Notion is the operating system. Figma still owns the visual brief.

07Location

Dubai. Probably the desk.

Two years in. Mornings on the laptop, evenings on the calls, weekends on the next thing. If you're in Dubai and the worldview lines up, let's get coffee.

If we hadn't talked in six months, this is what I'd update you on.
